you agree to the following terms:

Appointments
Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or the need to reschedule.

Cancellations & Reschedules
We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Missed appointments without notice may require a deposit to rebook.

Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it is non-refundable but may be transferrable with proper notice.

Client Conduct
This is a safe and respectful space. Harassment, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.

Results Disclaimer
Every head of hair is different. We do our absolute best to meet your expectations, but results may vary depending on hair condition, texture, and lifestyle habits.
